Rupa Health (our main lab partner)

Rupa is our main lab, and now you can directly order:

  • GI-MAP: We recommend this for everyone. It’s a comprehensive stool test that checks for pathogens, gut health, and inflammation.

  • Intracellular Micronutrient Assay: Measures what nutrients are actually getting absorbed at the cellular level.

  • CytoDX: A broad cytokine panel that helps us understand how your body is responding to overgrowth, pathogens, or disease - so we can target microbes more precisely.

These three tests form the foundation of most lab work I use. Depending on your case, we may recommend one or more to assess gut health, nutrient status, chronic inflammation, or mold-related symptoms. Rupa offers access to over 30,000 functional and conventional tests all in one place.

MicroGenDX

You can now directly order microbiome tests for specific areas of the body—such as the sinuses, ears, mouth, urinary tract, vaginal canal, wounds, or nails—especially if you’ve had ongoing symptoms that haven’t been resolved in a doctor’s office.

These at-home kits use next-generation sequencing (NGS) to detect over 50,000 microbes, providing a much more complete picture than standard tests. This is especially helpful for identifying hidden infections, biofilms, and microbial imbalances that typical lab tests often miss.

You can now directly order from the only parasite lab we trust in the U.S. Unlike most tests that only check stool (where parasites rarely reside), this lab analyzes blood, urine, and swab cultures from various parts of the body.

Your samples are reviewed under a microscope by an expert PhD parasitologist who checks not just for whole parasites, but also for eggs, larvae, and other signs often missed elsewhere. This gives a much deeper view of parasitic or protozoal issues often overlooked by standard labs.

Pro Tip: For the most accurate results, collect your sample the day before, during, or the day after the full moon—when parasites are most active.
